“The Nutcracker and the Four Realms,” released in theaters Nov. 2, takes the well known story of “The Nutcracker” and gives it back story as well as creating a whole new one.

“I am excited for the movie because the original was really good,” said Cole Dedomenico.

The story is about a girl who is told of a secret Four Realms that she has the key to, but traveling through, she loses the key. She goes on a quest to find the key. On the way, she meets a Nutcracker who helps her. She meets Mother Ginger, who she tries to defeat and save the realms, and it becomes an epic adventure she will never forget.

Cristian Rodriguez said, “I think this new movie will be a lot darker than the first, but I’m totally pumped to see it.”

Iris Kaplan (2D) said, “It looks really really good.”
