Whole school joins together for holiday sing-along led by music teachers
COLONIAL GYM — The whole school sing-along brought smiles to both students and teachers right before the holidays.
Mrs. Tonya Wilson, the principal, said, “The best part was when everybody came together and sang with Mr. Vamos in the gym.”
The music teachers projected the words of songs on a screen.
“The words on the screen helped both the teachers and the students,” said Mr. Alex Ventura, a fifth grade teacher.
We interviewed some students about the sing-along:
- “Yes, it was very fun and the best part was when we were laughing and singing,” said Eliza Bratone (4G).
- “It was a lot of fun. My favorite songs were ‘Dreidel’ because of the funny words and ‘Winter Wonder Land,’” said Katie Alexander (3K).
