Colonial students have lots of favorite vacation spots after winter break

After winter break, vacations are on the minds of students.

Some people’s favorite vacation places were California, Hawaii, Michigan and going skiing at different resorts.

Kindergarten teacher Alaura Stivala said, “My favorite vacation was when I went to Disney World because wherever I turned their was magic.”

“I liked when we went to Hawaii because we go to beaches, and I met some really nice neighbors,” Jack Schwanbeck said.

Henry Steiper in 1C said, “Disney World because it was really fun, and there was a lot of fun rides and restaurants and swimming pools.”

Swimming is a favorite vacations activity, but perhaps when it gets warmer, depending on where people are visiting. Reid Ricasio said he enjoys “going to Michigan because my mom’s dad has a lake house and we get to swim in a lake and it’s really fun.”

Sebastian Cantrel said, “I’m going to Disney World. Well, my mom works for Disney, and there’s fun roller coasters and cool water slides and pools. And I like the food.”
