PELHAM MANOR — Friends of Pelham Sports held a fundraiser to raise money for a turf field on Sept. 23.

Hundreds of Pelhamites showed up to eat food donated by DeCicco’s, dance to live music, and donate money. The party was held at Weschester Collision.  It was originally scheduled for the home of Mr. Joe and Mrs. Annie Solimine, but was moved due to rain.

Friends of Pelham Sports is an organization that was formed by a group of residents to raise money to build a turf field at the high school stadium. They’ve already raised half a million dollars and are in need of about that much more.
