PELHAM — Did you celebrate 2016’s end and 2017’s beginning? Did you go away to visit family? Did you stay up till midnight to watch the ball drop?

2017 is a big year for the United States. Donald Trump started as the president, and many other things in news and government will be happening.

Ms. Catherine Schaeffer said, “I went to a friend’s house for dinner. I also stayed up till midnight. For dinner, we had vegetable lasagna.”

Bella Cross said, “I went to my aunt’s house. I stayed up till midnight, and got home at two in the morning.”
