This year Colonial has a new addition; a Makerspace! What is a Makerspace? A Makerspace is a place where students can express themselves through creativity. Makerspaces are popping up througout the Pelham Schools.

Many students have visited and enjoyed the Makerspace. Kate K., a student in 4G, has been to the Makerspace and likes it because it inspires kids to be creative. Laighton A., a student in class 2d, loves the Makerspace. He likes building and  creating fun new things. Colonial’s Makerspace includes 3D printers, Keva Blocks, and string to make bracelets.
