COLONIAL SCHOOL โ€” It was almost the holiday break, and students were planning for the holiday season.

Anjali Sheker said, “Actually, I’m staying home for Christmas. I love Christmas. I love the feeling. Drinking hot chocolate is one of my favorite things to do. I will actually be celebrating it with my mom and my sister. I love all the New Year’s. I have to say, I like Christmas better.”

“I’m going to Florida in Fort Lauderdale,” said Finbar Doyle. “My grandma has a house there. Not going to school I like. I can forget about it because in Florida there are fireworks going off.”

In the fifth grade classrooms there were a bunch of Christmas decorations, but what really do students like about the holidays?

“Mine is when I go downstairs and there is two times presents,” said Drew Shannon.

Reen Dolan said, “Opening presents.”
