Kick off your summer 2014 with Hiccup and Toothless in ‘How to Train Your Dragon 2’

Five years ago, Hiccup and Toothless blew our minds, and now they’re coming back in “How to Train Your Dragon 2” starring Jay Baruchel, Kristen Wiig and America Ferrera and directed by Dean DeBlois. The movie will be released June 20 so you can go to kick off your 2014 summer.

The first “How to Train Your Dragon” was released on March 26, 2010. It soon became close to a $500 million dollar movie. It was ranked number 10 by Rotten Tomatoes for the entire year.

“I liked the first movie a lot,” Catie Samaan said. “It was very funny. I liked the part when Hiccup and Toothless found the hole of monsters they had to fight. I can’t wait for the second movie because we get to meet new dragons and characters.”

The sequel takes place five years after the first movie. While Hiccup’s buddies are challenging each other to dragon races—the new popular sport on the island—Hiccup and Toothless are flying through the air and the two friends discover a hidden ice cave full of hundreds of unknown dragon species and the mysterious dragon master.

The first “How to Train your Dragon” was rated PG. “How to Train Your Dragon 2” is currently unrated.

“I loved the first movie,” said Drew Samaan. “My favorite part was when Hiccup found his dragon, Toothless, for the first time ever. I’m looking forward to the second movie and the fights in it.”

“How to Train Your Dragon 2” will be available in 3-D also.
