What is a Sports Car?

A sports car is- a regular car modified to go faster, have a more powerful engine and look better. Plus from my opinion they look great!

The fastest sports car in the world is the, Ultimate Aero TT Super Car designed by Shelby Supercars. The car goes 256.14mph, according to the Guinness World Records 2010. That’s one fast car!

The most expensive sports car in the world is the Bugatti Veyron 16.4 supercar it costs 2.3 million. The most expensive Lamborghini costs 1.45 million.

The dangers of sports cars are: that they create one heck of a gas hog, they put exhaust out faster than you can say “gas.” Another danger of a sports car is, at the speed you are going on the highway it is super hard to turn at 100mph. And I never knew a highway has that speed limit that is 100mph and getting off a ramp you could cause a car crash. And 4 in a thousand people die in a sports car accident every year.

Now let’s talk about the benefits of sports cars and the racing sport NASCAR. You see race cars go 175mph to win the glory of a racing champion. My favorite NASCAR is the Home Depot car, it is all orange. The benefits of sports cars are they offer more horse power and they are recession-proof!
