At Colonial School, Mrs. Bagwell hosts a bike safety day for all of the 3rd grade classes. This is in Colonial’s playground on Thursday May 1 in the morning. The 3rd grade students all bring their bikes and learn how to get better at riding a bike or learn how to ride a bike. Parents are welcome too!
If you have trouble riding a bike then Bike Safety day will help you a lot! You go to different stations and practice or learn new skills. Then when everyone has done all the stations at least once the whistle is blown and everyone puts their bikes in the outdoor playground. They then get their bikes later on in the day. 5th grader in Colonial school, Millie said, “I remember it being a really fun experience for me when I was in 3rd grade.”
