Student Government Host Annual Coat Drive

Student+Government+Host+Annual+Coat+Drive

Colonial school’s student government ran a coat drive where donations of winter clothes for people who need it most were collected. The winter clothes will be donated to children and young adults.

In addition to a paper sent out there were also posters hung up around the school made and decorated by members of the student government. Millie Matteuzzi in the fourth grade who is a member of the student government said “It was so fun to see the coat drive done and look at how much there was donated, knowing that people who need the clothes are getting it.”  This event lasted about a month and had many donations that were given throughout the time it lasted!

We hope you donated! Thank you student government and Mrs. Dragon for organizing the amazing event!
