Colonial Elementary School was named a National Blue Ribbon School by the U.S. Education Department. Colonial received the award by the overall academic performance, also some schools are awarded the blue ribbon for student progress. Only 353 schools throughout the United States get awarded. It is a great achievement and many students and teachers are very proud of being a blue ribbon school.

Teddy Maron from 4M said, “Everyone should be very proud of this.” Mrs.Lombardi said, “I’m proud of every student in colonial for showing up and trying hard to make this happen.” Congrats to everyone in Colonial school.
