Pelham Rec Basketball Ended with a Nail Biting Win!
Pelham Rec Basketball ended the season with a nail biting game!
Fourth and Fifth grade students from Colonial, Siwanoy, Hutchinson and Prospect Schools participated. Colonial school made it to the third round but ended up losing against Siwanoy Team 1.
Thanks to James Sheehy on Colonial Team 1 we were able to come back at the end of the game making it a very close game. The championship game included Siwanoy Team 1 against Siwanoy Team 2. Siwanoy Team 1 won the championship, the game ended with a score of 32–40. Siwanoy Team 1 Point Guard Joe Rutigliano helped lead Siwanoy 1 to the big victory.
This suspenseful game took place at Hutchinsons gym. Congratulations to all the teams who participated we cannot wait to see what next season has in store for us!
