This year, SOOP Theatre’s production is “Willy Wonka, Jr.” Both casts are working extremely hard to make our show fun and entertaining for all audience members! Everyone in the show is incredibly talented and ready to make this show come alive before your eyes.
Show dates are March 20, 2026 through March 22, 2026. Tickets cost $30 per ticket. The main character of “Willy Wonka” is, of course, Willy Wonka! Other important characters include Charlie Bucket and Grandpa Joe. The story is that Charlie Bucket wins a golden ticket to tour Willy Wonka’s famous chocolate factory with four other ticket winners. This is very exciting for Charlie, because he comes from a poor family. Willy Wonka is trying to find a kid to take over his factory when he retires. Ben in 5P, who plays one of Charlie’s friends, says, “I think we need a few more tweaks but it is coming along fine!”
