On May 1st, May 2nd, and May 3rd the Pelham Children’s Theater (the PCT) is showing their musical Between the Lines Jr. The PCT is a theater company which makes shows casting 5th and 6th graders. It is a fun experience to do. This show is fully family-friendly.
Between the Lines Jr. is an hour long musical from the Jodi Picoult and Samantha van Leer novel. The main character Delilah, a lonely teenager in a new school who finds escape in a fairy tale book, only to fall in love with a fictional prince, forcing her to blur the lines between reality and fantasy.
Many people are excited for the show. Edward Yeager in 4G said, “I am excited because my brother is in the play and he said the plot is good.” Fiona Ziemer in 4G said, “I am excited for the show because I like musicals.” Lilah Schwartz in 5S said, “I am so excited for Between The Lines Jr. because I am in it.”
